Hey loves! I’ve been working on a mental health series for my youtube channel and wanted to share. A new video is up where I discuss the effects of “Doing the Most” on our wellbeing.
“Doing the Most” entails doing so many things at one time that you become overwhelmed to the point where your wellbeing is negatively affected. This is a culture many of us have grown accustomed to especially with the influx of social media. We try to accomplish so many things at one time that we lose sight of ourselves as we get caught up in what everyone else is doing. We begin to feel like if we aren’t doing what everyone else is doing that we are doing something wrong. Not going to talk about it too much here! Hope you watch the video and find it helpful!
