Change is good!

Peace Soulstars,

I had to pop in for a minute for a few reasons.  One,  I’m making some changes to the site which will include shorter but daily posts.  Can’t inspire and motivate without consistent content.  Right?   Two,  you may have seen a post from me earlier.  To avoid confusion, just letting you know that happened by mistake.  So, I took it down.  I’ll repost next week.  Speaking of next week, you read correctly. I’ll be posting daily starting next week.  I’ve been putting time and energy into planning out the weeks ahead to make posts ready for immediate publishing and not done spur of the moment.  This blogging thing is a learning process.  Such is life.

Just as with anything else,  nothing can evolve without change and hard work passion.  Without passion what’s the point?  I have so much to share as I’ve been going through a process of evolving spiritually.  You know I’m an advocate for mind, body, soul connection which means I strongly believe that in order for me to evolve spiritually every aspect of my being must be in alignment.  Therefore, the blog will evolve right along with me among other things.  I will be simplifying all of the components that have already been a part of Amanisoul.com.

I realize many of you have busy lives and it may not be feasible to read one thousand word posts…lol…Truthfully, you may not want to read that much of a post even if you have the time.  So, with that being said I just wanted to give you a heads up on what’s to come.  I’ll keep details to myself but wanted to let you know that as I am evolving this site is going to evolve as well.  Progression and growth without change is .  That in and of itself makes it necessary for change.  In the words of my girl Joan Clayton from the year 2000 comedy series Girlfriends “Change is good! If we don’t change we die!” .  It’s one of those sayings that was for the sake of humor but has truth to it.  Nothing wrong with a little humor and truth!

Love and Light,

My name is Angelica and I am a licensed certified social worker who has a passion for helping people understand the importance of living a healthy lifestyle. Most importantly, I am a devoted wife and mother whose other interests include music, art, reading, exercise, meditation, and cooking. Amanisoul is a synthesis of the name "Amani" which means harmony and peace in swahili and the word "soul" which means essence or spiritual self. Discovering one's inner peace involves being healthy mentally and physically. Mental and physical health coexist inevitably. I make it my mission to promote healthy living and the impact of positive lifestyle changes on mental health.
