Superfood Wednesdays: Beans!

Peace Soulstars,

Yesterday’s recipe was a vegetarian chili starring beans; three types of beans to be exact!  Garbanzo (chickpeas), black and kidney beans make yesterday’s recipe not only filling but also nutrient-dense.  There are many health benefits of each and when you combine them your body gets a surprisingly flavorful, hearty and healthy meal.
