Wellness Wednesday: Have a fruitful breakfast!

Fruit for breakfast was an on and off thing for me in the past but I’ve been making it routine to have fruit for breakfast! ย Alongside my cuppa matcha green tea (yes, I’m that person who drinks hot tea in the summer), I have a mango and banana.

Sometimes it’s just a plate of an assortment of fruit. ย It makes me feel good, satisfied (not full…there’s a big difference), and it just works. ย How? Some benefits I’ve noticed personally: my energy and mental clarity have improved.
